Si Tai Gung Sammy Wong was born in 1950 in Po-on, China. He started his training in the System at age 11. He received his training from his uncle, the late Si-Jo Wuk-Kwong Wong. He actively taught Chuka SPM for most of his life and taught in various places around the world such as Hong Kong, New York and Chicago.

Tony Blum
Sigung Tony Blum was born in 1968 in Chicago,Il. He started his training in the System at age 15. He received his training from the late Master Si Tai Gung Sammy Wong. He has been training since 1983 and actively teaches the Chuka SPM system since 1995. He has students from as far East as New York and South Carolina and as far West as Wyoming but primarily teaches students from the Midwest in the Chicagoland area.
