Shipping & Handling: Most orders are shipped via UPS/USPS within 3-4 business days of receipt. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, are shipped Parcel Post.
CSPMKF's 100% Satisfaction Guarantee Policy: You can return or exchange CSPMKF merchandise for up to 14 days from the date of purchase - for any reason - no questions asked, the customer is responsible for shipping and handling costs plus a 10% restocking fee. Damaged or defective CSPMKF Merchandise can be returned after 14 days from the date of purchase, subject to the manufacturer's defect warranty. Please refer to product literature, or contact CSPMKF Customer Service. CSPMKF Merchandise worn by normal wear and tear or damaged by abuse, misuse, or lack of reasonable care is not covered by CSPMKF or the manufacturer's warranty and cannot be returned at any time after purchase.
